Team

Hydrotechnica director Alex Gallagher leads a small team of technical experts with strong backgrounds in research, consultancy and global operations.

Alex Gallagher is a chartered geologist and water management specialist with an MSc in Hydrogeology and 20 years experience. Alex held a number of senior positions in engineering consultancies before establishing Hydrotechnica in 2020.
